Please review the following instructions before proceeding

The Mississippi Board of Dental Examiners provides services and information consistent with the provisions of the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983, Miss. Code Ann. § 25-61-1 et. Seq. “Public Records Act”.

In compliance with the above policy, names, mailing addresses, email addresses and counties of practices of Dentists and Dental Hygienists who hold active or voided Mississippi licenses shall be released.

Requests and Fees: This online application will allow you to submit the required information and submit your online payment. All fees must be paid prior to release of information.

Dentists - $150.00
Dental Hygienists - $150.00

Agency Response: Upon succesful payment, you will receive an email with a link to a web page where you will be able to download your selected lists. This link will be active for 24 hours after your succesful payment is received.

Media: Information is released via email in an Excel spreadsheet.
